Carignan (50%) from 70-year-old vines and Grenache Noir (50%) from 50-year-old vines, both from the 1.2 hectares Le Puech parcel on clay-limestone soils near Creissan
Hand picked at the end of September 2019. Millefeuille of whole bunch Carignan and de-stemmed Grenache for three weeks in fibreglass. Pressed then to fibreglass again until bottling in August 2020.
