Syrah - Grenache Noir

  • Syrah (50%) from 70-year-old vines and Grenache Noir (50%) from 35-year-old vines, both parcels in Feuilla on a mix of silty-limestone and schist

  • Hand harvest on August 21, 2022. Syrah is de-stemmed and crushed then put into stainless steel. At the same time, Grenache Noir is de-stemmed and crushed then put into another stainless steel tank. After three hours the genache juice is drained off and mixed with the Syrah. All pressed after six days and put back into stainless steel until bottling in December 2022.
