  • Co-ferment Grenache and Carignan millefeuille for 3 weeks in fibreglass. Syrah millefeuille (whole bunch and destemmed) for 3 weeks in fibreglass. Pressed, blended March 2020. Fibreglass for 3 months until bottling in June 2020.

  • No filtering or fining - 450 cases - ABV 14%
