  • Syrah, planted in 1982 on the plain near Montfleury on clay limestone

  • Hand picked in September 2020. De-stemmed, crushed, and put into stainless steel tanks for 15 days’ maceration. Pressed, stainless steel until dry in October, then transferred to neutral oak barrel for 18 months until bottling in June 2022.

  • No filtering, fining, or added SO2

  • Production 80 cases  

  • ABV 12.5%
