Gamay, Grolleau Noir, Cab Franc from 80-100 year old vines in Montrelais on a unique terroir called poudingue/pudding d’Ingrandes
Harvest mid-September 2022 for Gamay and Grolleau and one week later for Cab Franc. Whole bunch Gamay into epoxy tank, whole bunch Grolleau added 3 days later. After another four days, grapes pressed into epoxy tank. Infusion of whole bunch Cabernet Franc in the Gamay/Grolleau juice for 10 days. Pressed and into epoxy until bottling in Spring 2023.
No filtering, fining, or added SO2
