• Grenache Noir (60%), Syrah (40%), from 40-50 year old vines on clay-limestone around the village of Sabran in the Gard

• Whole bunch fermentation apart - Grenache 10 days, Syrah 8 days.

• Syrah aged 8 months in old barrel. Blended May 2024 and bottled June 2024.

• No filtering or fining

• ABV 13.5%
