• Part made by Victor (60%) - 10 days crushed in tank then aged 8 months in barrel - and part by Mathilde (40%) - 8 days whole bunch in tank then aged 8 months in the same tank.

• Blended May 2024 and bottled June 2024

• No filtering or fining

• ABV 12.5%
