Grenache Noir 90%, Cinsault 10%. Grenache from 60-year old vines on clay-limestone soils from Langlade in the Gard. Cinsault from 15-year old vines on clay-limestone and sandy marl from Lourmarin in the Luberon. All certified organic.
Co-fermentation in millefeuille style, half whole bunch, half de-stemmed, over 12 days in fibreglass. Pressed, then 1/3 into barrel and 2/3 into fibreglass until July 2025. Bottled August 2025.
No filtering or fining - ABV 13%
