Muscat à Petits Grains
Muscat à Petits Grains, 30 year old organic vines on clay-limestone soils from Barnave in the Drome department. The village is in the foothills of the Southern Alps and the vines are at 600m (almost 2000 feet).
Pressed by basket press into fibreglass. Once AF and MF complete, aged for 11 months in three-year-old barrels (50%) and fibreglass tank (50%) then blended just before bottling in August 2025.
No filtering or fining - 100 cases - ABV 11.5%
