Muscat Petits Grains
Muscat a Petits Grains, 30 year old vines on clay-limestone soils around the village of Barnave in the Drome department. The village is in the foothills of the Southern Alps and the vines are at 600m (almost 2000 feet).
Pressed by basket press into fibreglass without any maceration. Once AF and MF complete, aged for 9 months in three-year-old barrels (60%) and fibreglass tank (40%) then blended just before bottling in June 2024.
No filtering or fining - 70 cases - ABV 12%
