  • Duras from 2 parcels - one 30 years old (70 ares) on clay/silex and the other 45 years old (45 ares) on limestone pebbles. Organic conversion (Year 2).

  • One month maceration for both parcels in the same fibreglass tank - ⅔ destemmed and crushed, and ⅓ whole bunch. Pressed and aged in stainless steel for six months. Bottled March 2022.

  • No filtering, fining, or added SO2
