Muscat d’Alexandrie - Muscat a Petits Grains
Muscat D'Alexandrie (1⁄3), Muscat Petit Grain (2⁄3). 40-50 year-old vines on schist around Calce.
Infusion of de-stemmed Muscat D'Alexandrie in fibreglass tank for six weeks with the pressed juice of the Muscat Petit Grain.
After six weeks, drained juice into sandstone amphora, old barrels, and fibreglass tank in roughly equal parts. Pressed juice into neutral barrel. All blended April 2023 and bottled July 2023.
No filtering or fining - 250 cases - ABV 13%
