  • Grenache Noir (90%) Cinsault (10%), from 50 year old vines near Richerences. Organic. Biodynamic conversion.

  • Grenache in stainless steel tanks for 21 days - 70% destemmed/crushed and 30% whole bunch. After pressing, 40% goes into kvevri, the rest into barrel, both for 8 months.

  • Cinsault in kvevri for 7 months for fermentation and ageing.

  • Cinsault and Grenache blended April 2021. Bottled June 2021.
