Gamay from various parcels but the majority from the Tete de Citron parcel near Vaux-en-Beaujolais composed of 30- to 50-year-old vines on a north-facing slope at 1,500ft altitude on a mix of clay-limestone and blue granite
Whole bunch maceration for three months in concrete tanks. Free run juice only, no pressing. then aged in concrete until bottling in late February 2022.
No filtering, fining, or added SO2
