  • Gamay, 70 year old vines on blue stone/diorite from a 0.75 ha parcel at 1600 ft near Lantignié. Organic conversion (year 2).

  • Hand picked first week in September. Alpha 2022 is made with some of the same pressed juice that is used to make Mi 2022. Whole bunch (70%) and de-stemmed (30%). Pressed manually by basket press. Pressed juice into 700 litre concrete egg on lees - no soutirage - for nine months until bottling in May 2023.
