Merlot (50%), 20% Cab Franc, 20% Cab Sauvignon, 10% Sémillon, all around 40 year old vines on clay-silt with limestone bedrock, south-east facing. Certified organic.
Short maceration of all the marcs with spring water in stainless steel tanks followed by ageing in the same tanks for seven months. Bottled April 2023.
