Appellation: Vin de France

Grapes: Grolleau Gris, 40 years old on schist in Mozé-sur-Louet.

Vinification: Hand picked mid-September. Whole bunch and destemmed/crushed. 80% whole bunch maceration for three weeks in fibreglass and 20% classic maceration (destemmed/crushed) for four weeks in fibreglass. Both pressed, then blended in January 2023 and in fibreglass until bottling in April 2023.

Fining: No Filtering: No Added SO2: No Production: 125 cases ABV: 14%
