Grapes: Gewürztraminer from two parcels - Saint Hippolyte (50 year old vines on clay-granite) and GC Schlossberg in Kaysersberg (30 year old vines on granite).
Vinification: Schlossberg parcel picked early and pressed into fibreglass. Saint Hippolyte parcel picked one week later and put whole-bunch into the Schlossberg. Infusion for seven days then pressed and put into old barrels for six months on lees. Bottled April 2023.
