Grapes: (All bought) Syrah (50%), Grenache Noir (40%), Carignan (10%), 35-80 year old vines on clay-limestone near Tulette.
Vinification: All in fibreglass tanks. Grenache and Carignan together millefeuille for 3 weeks. Syrah millefeuille (whole bunch and destemmed) for 3 weeks. Pressed, blended in March 2020. Fibreglass for 3 months until bottling in June 2020.
Fining: No Filtering: Yes Added SO2: Yes Production: 450 cases ABV: 14%
