Grapes: Grolleau Noir, 80 year old vines on silty-clay near Tigné.
Vinification: Hand harvest mid-September 2019. Whole bunch maceration in fibreglass tanks for 10 days with juice drained off every day. Pressed over 4 hours and blended with the free run juice. One third aged in neutral barrel for nine months, the rest in fibreglass. Blended May 2020 and fibreglass tank until bottling in July 2020.
