• Organically farmed Grenache Noir planted in the 1980s on sandy clay-loam soils on basalt around Mirabel.

• Whole bunch maceration for 10 days in fibreglass. Pressed then into stainless until bottling in June 2024. 

• No filtering, fining, or added SO2

• Production 500 bottles

• ABV 13%
