Red - Ardeche - Vin de France
Grenache Noir
Grapes: Grenache Noir. Vines planted in 1981 on clay limestone slopes of the Coteaux de Montfleury.
Vinification: Hand harvested in early September 2022. Whole bunch, full-carbonic maceration for 10 days in stainless steel tanks. Pressed then back into stainless until bottling in May 2023.
No filtering, fining, or added SO2. ABV 13.5%
