Syrah
Grapes: Syrah, planted in 1982 on the plain near Montfleury on clay limestone.
Vinification: Hand picked in September 2020. De-stemmed, crushed, and put into stainless steel tanks for 15 days’ maceration. Pressed, back into stainless steel then once dry in October, transferred to neutral barrel for 18 months until bottling in June 2022.
Fining: No Filtering: No Added SO2: No Production: 80 cases ABV: 12.5%
