Grenache Noir - Syrah

• Certified organic Grenache Noir (70%) planted in 1980s on clay-limestone slopes of the Coteaux de Montfleury. Whole bunch maceration followed by traditional fermentation.

• Certified organic Syrah (30%) planted in 1970s on clay-limestone plains near Lavilledieu. De-stemmed maceration for 20 days, then pressed and blended with the Grenache.

• Aged nine months in demi-muid. Bottled June 2024.

• No filtering, fining, or added SO2

• Production 800 bottles

• ABV 13%
