Grapes: Syrah, 25 year old vines on clay-limestone from between Baixas and Calce.
Vinification: Hand picked grapes are de-stemmed then put into fibreglass tanks to macerate for one week, with ocassional crushing by foot. Pressed, then back into fibreglass until bottling in July 2023.
Fining: No Filtering: No Added SO2: Yes Production: 420 cases ABV: 12%
