Grapes: Grenache Blanc (50%), Maccabeu (45%), Grenache Gris (5%) from Montner.
Vinification: All direct press. Maccabeu and Grenache Gris juice put into fibreglass together. Grenache Blanc juice put in a separate fibreglass tank. No debourbage. Blended when dry then back into fibreglass until bottling.
Bottled: May 2024 Fining: No Filtering: No Added SO2: No Production: 500 cases ABV: 13%
