Farming: Non-certified organic
Grapes: Carignan, 80 years old vines on granite near Trévillach at 500 metres (1650 feet) altitude.
Vinification: Whole bunch, lightly crushed. Five day maceration in stainless steel tanks. Pressed. Three months in neutral barrel then 10 months in sandstone amphora. Bottling in November 2021.
