Still rosé - Roussillon - Vin de France
Carignan - Syrah
Grapes: Syrah, Carignan (50/50), 35-40 year old vines around St André on granite.
Vinification: Syrah pressed and put into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Carignan then pressed and into other stainless steel tanks. Once the carignan is dry, both are blended and put into ten-year-old barrels for four months. Bottled February 2024.
Fining: No Filtering: No Added SO2: Yes Production: 160 cases ABV: 12.5%
