Grapes: Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc (50/50). 10-15 year-old vines from Canet-en-Roussillon on sandy-granite.
Vinification: Carbonic maceration for 12 days in stainless steel tanks. Pressed then back into stainless steel to finish fermentation. Once dry, neutral barrels for six months, then bottled in April 2024.
Fining: No Filtering: No Added SO2: Yes Production: 220 cases ABV: 12%
