Merlot - Syrah - Tannat - Arboriou
Appellation: Vin de France
Grapes: Merlot and Syrah (around 40% each), Tannat and Arboriou (around 10% each). All approx. 45 year old vines on clay-limestone soils in La Salvetat-Belmontet.
Vinification: Whole bunch carbonic maceration for 17 days in concrete tanks. Pressed then back into concrete tanks until bottling in March 2023.
No filtering, fining, or added SO2. Production 190 cases. ABV 12.5%
